Is special clothing recommended ?
The temperature in the Cave is constant at about 15C, pleasant but you may need a sweater. The course is over 900 meters and includes some steps. Without being mandatory, we recommend sneakers!
Do you need to book in advance ?
We strongly advise you to book your visit in advance using our online ticketing service
This way, you'll benefit from the preferential rate and you'll be sure to visit at the time you choose, as places in each group are limited.
Is the Cave adapted for a stroller ?
No, there are stairs. But we have baby carriers available at the reception and a space where strollers can be left for the duration of your visit.
Can I visit when it’s raining heavily ?
Of course! Especially for the shelter during the 1h20 visit. Visits take place even where autumnal floods happen (back-to-front route).
Can I take photos ?
Yes, but flashes must be deactivated. Your guide will let you know about zones where photos may be taken; Night Mode in cellphone settings recommended.
What food facilities are there ?
We have a diner and a bar with seating on the panoramic terrace.
