To fully enjoy your Spéléopark adventure, wear comfortable clothing and hiking shoes or good sneakers. All technical equipment (helmet, harness, suit, and headlamp) is provided on site. The courses are accessible according to specific age, height, and weight criteria and are supervised by a certified instructor.

This is a fun, tree-climbing-style adventure course right in the heart of the Clamouse Cave. It’s done in small groups led by a certified guide. But above all, it’s a chance to experience the cave in a whole new way. Unlike a traditional tour, you’ll explore the galleries and caverns in an active and self-guided way, accompanied by our guides. Monkey bridges, zip lines, vertical climbs… You’ll uncover the hidden secrets of Clamouse. Thrills guaranteed!
Spéléopark 2—The Big Thrill—lasts 3 hours. If you’re looking for an easier adventure course, you can opt for Spéléopark 1, which lasts only 2 hours. If, on the other hand, you want to spend half a day underground,the “Immersion Spéléo,” which lasts 4 hours, is perfect for you!
Spéléopark 2—The Big Thrill—is an adventure course open to children ages 12 and up. The minimum height is 1.50 m, and the maximum weight allowed is 100 kg.
You don’t have to be an athlete, but a reasonable level of fitness is recommended. If you can climb a few flights of stairs without getting out of breath, you’re good to go! If you have any questions about your fitness level, please contact us before booking—we’d be happy to advise you.
Be sure to avoid flip-flops and worn-out sneakers! Pack only sturdy, closed-toe walking shoes, such as high-top sneakers or hiking boots. They are essential for your safety and comfort when walking on the rocks.
As for the rest, we’ve got you covered! We’ll outfit you from head to toe with:
- a helmet with lights
- a full-body suit
- a harness
- and a pair of gloves
Lightweight, form-fitting clothing (leggings, a performance T-shirt, or sweatpants) will work perfectly. Be sure to bring a complete change of clothes to put on after your workout. We won’t lie to you—sweat is part of the deal!
It depends on the route and conditions: please check with our guides. In any case, be sure to bring appropriate or durable gear. The underground environment is damp and dusty! Some guides can capture your adventure on camera for you.
Absolutely! All our activities are led by certified guides, using equipment that meets current safety standards and is inspected regularly. A safety briefing is always conducted before each outing. You’ll never set out on an adventure without being fully prepared!

Yes! Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your appointment time: that’s how long it takes to get geared up and attend the safety briefing. Being on time means more adventure time for you!
