Wolf Movement
Awaken your true nature! Running, climbing, jumping, balancing... Wolf Movement is a progressive teaching method that puts the body's natural movements back at the centre of general health. This approach allows everyone to gain confidence in their abilities and to rediscover the pleasure of moving naturally. Playful, this approach opens infinite possibilities. At their own pace, the children become aware of their relationship with natural obstacles and of the strength that is created between movement and natural obstacles. For 5 years, Wolf Movement has been accompanying you towards more instinctive mobility and proprioception.
