Based in Montpellier for several years, Alteo Nature offers a range of professional coaching services for outdoor activities : Canyoning, Via Ferrata and climbing.

Canoe Kayapuna
Canoe / kayak discoveries of the Gorges of the Hérault, navigating their wildest parts (listed and protected site). Two courses are available: 3km or 12km.
Shuttle bus to the start of the course : your vehicle is waiting for you at the end of the course for maximum convenience. Suitable for beginners and children aged 6 years old and over (need to know how to swim).

Canoe Rapido
Located 5km from the Clamouse Cave, Canoe RAPIDO has two canoe courses to discover the Gorges of the Herault. The cliff circuit is 4km of easy canoeing, suitable for children aged 4 years and older.
The classic circuit is a 12 km descent with rapids, suitable for children aged 6 years and older.
Do not forget to bring a picnic and sweaters (waterproof provided for your belongings)!
